It’s very important to keep your activity calendar up to date and avoid booking mistakes, unhappy customers and unnecessary costs.

We have made easy for you to keep an eye on your total inventory of activity with a single calendar from which you can perform the most important actions.

Select the day and the activity timeslot you want to update

  1. Go to your dashboard and log in.
  2. Go to Activity Calendar. Here you can find a calendar with all the activities and their available timeslots that you have published so far. Use the filters to simplify your search, should be needed.

  3. Righ click on the activity timeslot on the day you desire to modify. In the pop up menu you have various options. To modify the availability of an activity you can either remove it or edit the starting and ending time.

Edit the starting or end time of the activity

  1. From the pop up menu of the interval click Edit
  2. In the editing window you can now change the start or end time of the timeslot.

  3. Click “Apply to all days” to propagate your changes to any future day in which the same timeslot is present. Ex, if your timeslot repeats every Tuesday, when you select Apply to all days, all your modification will be applied to any Tuesday in the future.

Don’t click “Apply to all days” if you wish to modify only the timeslot of the day selected.

 

Remove a timeslot.

If you are no longer able to provide the activity at the days or time you indicated, it is still possible to remove the interval.

  1. From the activity pop up, click remove.
  2. Click “Apply to all days” to propagate your changes to any future day in which the same timeslot is present. Ex, if your timeslot repeats every Tuesday, when you select Apply to all days, all your modification will be applied to any Tuesday in the future.

Don’t click “Apply to all days” if you wish to modify only the timeslot of the day selected.

 

Exceptions to editing or removing

It’s not possible to remove or alter a timeslot that has already been booked by the users. In this case, the option to remove the interval will be disabled.

When using the option “Apply to all days” keep in mind that any future timeslot with active bookings will also not been removed.
