Travelers book your experience on Tripofthings via the mobile APP or the WEBSITE. They will receive an email with the automatic confirmation of the reservation and the receipt about the successful payment.
The email will indicate that you, the provider of the experience, will be welcoming them on the date and time of the experience. You will also receive an copy of such an email to inform you about the new booking.
We support only bookings with instant confirmation in order to give our travelers the ultimate flexibility of choice.
With Instant confirmation, Bookings are instantly and automatically confirmed.
YOUR MONEY IS GUARANTEED
Our bookings are only confirmed if the following three conditions are true.
- There is a sufficient number of seats available at the day and time requested by the traveler.
- The minimum number of guests and the booking period are met.
- The traveler successfully pay the reservation.
Your money is guaranteed and safe with us thanks to our trustworthy payment gateway powered by STRIPE.
All of your bookings are located in the Tripofthings host dashboard under each experience category.
Bookings are also accessible from the experience calendar.
Here you can:
- view all your past, upcoming and todays bookings.
- search for specific bookings by experience name, booking reference number, traveler name.
- access the contact details of the person who made the reservations.
- generate a pdf with the receipt of the reservation, should you need to send out an invoice.
BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY THE HOST
Should you ever need to cancel a session of your experience, please contact Tripofthings customer service for support.
Cancellations are possible and we will assist you with that.
