when will I receive the refund of my cancellations?

In case of a cancellation where you are entitled to a refund (see Cancellation policy), we submit the refund requests to your customer’s bank or card issuer immediately.   You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
