We will accompany you in the pastures and woods of Turkey oak, lived as a home by our animals raised in the wild.
We will talk about how important the link between land and animals is: why did we choose to breed Maremmana and Cinta Senese pigs in the heart of the Maremma? Why in the wild? Why do cows, bulls and calves all live together? Why do pigs love being in the mud? What are the majestic horns of the Maremma cattle for? Why does the sow make noise while nursing her piglets?
We then move to the Opificio where the processing and transformation of our meat takes place and where in the shop you can find our organic products and a selection of other Tuscan companies that produce with the same philosophy. Let's share a meal!
