Here the visitor will be able to admire the works of artists of the most varied cultural contexts and of the multiple expressions that have made the history of western art of the last century and of today.
Both in the permanent exhibition of the Coleção Berardo and in the temporary exhibitions, the museum reveals the most relevant paths of artistic practices.
Names like Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Marcel Duchamp, Piet Mondrian, Joan Miró, Max Ernst, Vieira da Silva, Francis Bacon, Andy Warhol, Donald Judd, Bruce Nauman or Cindy Sherman, among many others, are introduced chronologically in the panorama of movements artistic defined by the respective works, allowing a journey in their time and an in-depth knowledge of each situation.
